I usually don't post reviews but the service I received from this company deserves it. It first started with the manager, Sean, who was polite, willing to work with me on price and then had two movers at my door within 40 minutes. Then Jake and Alex came and gave me a fair price and within 8 minutes they were in and out. Both Jake and Alex were super friendly and knew what they were doing. The world could use more people like Sean, Jake and Alex. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Awesome company! I called them first thing in the morning to see if they could pick up a couple of couches later that day. The guy on the phone said they could have the truck over in about an hour. Patrick and Albert showed up 15 minutes early and were super helpful! They loaded up the couches in about 10 minutes and even swept up some dust/dirt that came out of the bottom. They gave me a fair price for both pieces of furniture, considering both couches were recliners and on the heavier side. I’ll definitely be using Junk Smiths again if I need to get rid of large items quickly.

Have used the services of these folks twice now, they're a very efficient crew and can take card or cash. They moved out a huge Cal King mattress, box spring, AND disassembled the frame for me within less than an hour. I'd say they charge fairly as well. They come over and can give you a free inspection and if you don't like the rate, you can just send them off. But don't! They're great. They're usually very punctual as well and the appointments have typically been same-day for me.

Easy, reasonably priced, and the crew is super awesome.I was able to schedule online for the very next morning. Two hour time frame, kept me updated on their arrival. Got all the trash and random things about of my garage and back yard for a price we agreed upon before. Pricing is based on the amount of space your stuff takes up, super simple. My cat even loved them, animal approved. Thank you!

Patrick and Jake were amazing! We had years of junk built up in the backyard and on the side of our Westminster home. They took care of it pretty quickly. We called different Junk Smiths all day yesterday. Most had to put us off a couple weeks before pick-up and were on the expensive side ($200+). My husband contacted this place last and booked on the spot after speaking to (I think his name was Ray). They were prompt, professional, and answered all our questions. They were even able to squeeze us in the next day at 8am which really helped us out!Next day they gave us a call 30 minutes out to let us know they were close and so my husband called me to go meet them when they arrive. They were SUPER punctual to the dot, which is fairly rare for companies like this. I had our appliances already lined up at the edge of the garage for them (Fridge and Water Dispenser). I was helped by Jacob and Albert. They were quick, super professional, and everything was super easy. They even gave me the price that was quoted over the phone so I'm so grateful I didn't have to haggle or anything. It was a stress free exchange. Great Customer Service as well.Was able to leave them a tip through their payment system but I asked if they actually receive those tips because some owners just keep them. I was told the company owner is really good about ensuring his employees get their gratuity, which is always a major plus at any company!Thank you guys for making my Saturday stress free, that's the weekend feeling that I always want!

From the very first contact, I was very impressed with Junk Smiths. I called yesterday, and this morning they showed up to give the estimate and upon approval, did an awesome job. Robert and Taylor did an outstanding job getting rid of everything for me. They were professional, on time, and very polite. I would recommend that team to anyone! I also love the fact that they are located in Huntington Beach. Thank you Junk Smiths!

I had a great experience with Junk Smiths from start to finish! I had scheduled another company to pick up an assortment of items from my home, ranging from large boxes to a deck box filled with garden tools and other old items. Unfortunately, the company I originally hired had to cancel last minute. After searching online, I called Junk Smiths. I spoke with Ray who was super helpful and personable. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. After scheduling, I immediately received a text confirmation. The next morning I received a text about 30 minutes prior to my appointment that the crew was on their way. Charles and John arrived as scheduled and were polite and professional. Charles gave me an on the spot quote based on volume, which ended up being lower than companies I have used in the past. Once I agreed to the price, Charles and John loaded my items quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using Junk Smiths again, and plan to call them soon to have them remove some unwanted things from my business property.

These guys are great. From the initial inquiry to the final good bye, they were extremely professional. The appointment was kept, within the 2 hour window. I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival (as promised), After checking the items to be removed, I was give an estimate, which was agreed upon. The 3 employees were all in uniform and worked efficiently and were done in quick fashion. They even swept out my garage. Other service type companies should pattern their own systems after Junk Smiths. Great company, great service and great employees! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing hauling services..
